HERLOW Return & Remake Policy

We Make It Right — Every Time

At HERLOW, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns (90 Days)

You may return any unopened and unused product within 90 days of delivery for a refund.
Returned items must be sealed in original packaging and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and quality control.

Remakes (Free Replacements)
We’ll remake and reship your order at no cost if any of the following apply:

Your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective.
You received the wrong item, or something is missing.
Your order is stuck in transit (15+ days in the U.S., 30+ days internationally).

How to Request a Return or Remake

Email support@herlowtallow.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo/video if applicable.
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we’ll either issue your refund (for eligible returns) or remake and reship the affected item(s).

Please note:

Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
Remake requests must be submitted within 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (International) of delivery.
Cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect product performance may not qualify for remakes.
Refunds are only issued on unopened/unused items; opened items qualify for remake only.
